Eldora E. Tetteh, a seasoned Human Resources Generalist with over 18 years of progressive experience and a proven record of leading teams and driving strategic initiatives in Human Resources operations, talent management and development, and organizational transformation. Throughout her career, she served in pivotal roles such as Head of Human Resources, Head of Human Resource Operations, and Head of Learning and Development, where she implemented impactful policies, optimized HR processes, and fostered a culture of continuous improvement.

Her expertise spans resourcing, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance, allowing her to align HR strategies with business objectives effectively. She is dedicated to empowering teams, building robust HR frameworks, and supporting organizational growth through innovation and people-centric practices.

She holds a Master of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree (Management studies) from SMU, India, and Central University College, Ghana, respectively. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (CIHRM), Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM, USA), and Institute of Directors (IoD) Ghana.

As a highly experienced Human Resource Management professional with over 10 years in leadership roles, she is committed to driving strategic HR initiatives that support organizational growth, enhance employee experience, and foster a high-performance culture.

George Adjei is a seasoned Legal Practitioner and Certified Human Resource Professional with over thirty-five years of experience spanning legal practice, human resources, and management consultancy. His professional expertise covers Land, Labour, Banking, Company Law, and Insurance, underpinned by a strong commitment to advancing organizational performance, effective governance, and people management.

Throughout his career, George has held senior management roles in diverse institutions, including SIC Insurance Company Limited, Starlife Assurance Company Limited, International Commercial Bank Limited (now FBN Bank Ghana Limited), Sahel Bank Limited (now Omnibisic Bank Plc), United Pensions Trustees, Express Group of Companies, Subah Infosolutions Limited (a subsidiary of the Jospong Group of Companies), Akanbek, Atuilik & Associates, and Ghana Shippers Authority.

Since 2018, he has been with the Ghana Shippers Authority, initially as Head of Legal, Estate, Procurement, and Board Secretary, and currently serves as Head of Legal and Estate.

George holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and an MBA in Human Resource Management, both from the University of Ghana. He is also a Barrister-at-Law from the Ghana School of Law and a Certified HR Practitioner with the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana.

Emmanuel Tetteh is a distinguished educationist with a long-standing professional career marked by dedication, impact, and service. With over two decades of experience working with the Ghana Education Service, he has held diverse roles as a headmaster and supervisor, leaving behind a legacy of academic excellence and leadership.

Beyond the classroom, Emmanuel Tetteh has mentored and guided individuals who have gone on to excel in various fields. His unique ability to inspire growth and create enabling environments for success underscores his reputation as a strategic partner with extensive exposure across Francophone Africa and Europe.

He holds a Bachelor's degree in education, Advanced diploma in French, and a diploma in personnel management. These qualifications, combined with his international exposure, have further positioned him as an authority in education and leadership development.

Emmanuel Tetteh has actively participated in and facilitated several leadership development workshops, equipping emerging leaders with tools for effective influence and service. A man of strong faith, he lives by the guiding principle that 'service to man is service to God,' which defines his approach to both professional and personal life.
